Just having fun with the birds and feathers
I hope to make you smile today. Honestly most of my other cards came a little too wacky! (those are ones we really want to see.. ha ha). This cheerful lost bird came by in the nick of time to save my day.

Mom: What are you doing?
Me: Making a card. The challenge is use feathers somehow. Any ideas?
Mom: Ummm...Chickens, use the Foster Farm Chickens...the funny ones with feathers all over the place since they do not use them....
I know I asked and she is 89 ... we all laughed!!

Hello Friend
Color Challenge : Pink , Yellow and Orange
I used the flowers for my focal point for the colors. I used a Unity stamp from the Melody Ross Collection/ One Precious Life the bicycle. The bike was masked to place a background stamp (CHF Montana Mud). The sentiment is from Hero Arts, Flowers from Prima. The center stickers are tiny dots from Starform.
Its always fun playing along!

OWH Mid Week Throwdown Challenge Green and Yellow
Green and Yellow Color Challenge
Ok I know it is past OWH time for Easter but I am on real time here and needed some! I also know OWH push will be for some Masculine/ Father Day cards, I'll see what I can do there. On this card the third egg is vellum and I know that it is hard to see. I think yellow is a color I just do not use to much, just mostly as an accent. Those are two different cardstock yellows on those eggs.
Basic Grey Patterned paper / Orgins

OWH Mother Day Challenge
OWH Mothers Day Challenge
This challenge is simple just post a Mothers Day card. Well nothing is ever really that simple but I have been trying to put together some for a donation. I had some of these Jenni Bowlin papers from last year no less. Anyhow these portrait style seem to be more popular now. I made three of these cards to send. The base cardstock is PTI Lavender Moon (I rarely use this color) which I keep very little handy but matches perfectly. I put some random black and white paper from the stash. The twine is from Doodle Bug. You allot of that twine! Not to many Layers but I hope the card is intresting.

Celebrate with Stencils
Dreamweaver CAS Challenge
Well I thought I would pull out my stencils for this one. My lanterns came to mind always fun and bright. I inked on the stencil using Splendor Ink pad Circus using a stencil brush. After drying I then used some Asian style stamps (All Night Media Japanese Rubber Stamp Set and A Muse) placing them over the stencil. The second lantern has a the Dreamweaver screen placed carefully then inked.
I stamped the sentiment for Paper Smooches and colored in the letters in Copic Marker- Loquat. I punched the butterflies from EK Success and lined them for interest. All done on PTI white cardstock.
This card sure did come happy!
