Just another holiday cad from the card making class at the LSS. I changed it around. I scalloped the edges and made ovals for the sentiment. Enjoy!

Holiday Holly Berry Poinsettia Flower

Another LSS project. A poinsettia stamp that is layered to make this flower. Only will realistically just use the stamp as a base. I will not be making all my ornaments this year(mmm..maybe next year?). Whatever, it was fun to make and lots of good ideas.

Birthday Card for the Husband

Well the special person my DH had a birthday, so what does any good crafter do make him a card. We all had great dinner with the family! Love you all! I cut out my letters with cricut and placed them in a creative fashion stamping the happy birthday. So that we are clear here baby wipes especially the costco brand ( no alcohol) are used to clean the stamps and messy hands. Enjoy the card.

Card Making Class

I went to card making class at the LSS and we all did some cards. These are just few I made. On some I made alterations to make them better. I was a good way to get some holiday cards a jump start. Also in honor of world card making day I needed to post some thing! The snowman was using a flexible outline stamp. This means you could shape the snowman however you wanted. The red card has little reindeer prancing on the bottom (Hero Arts Stamps) and the top portion is a Japanese silk paper that's makes the colors clear and bright. I added the red satin ribbon to finish it off. The gold ink is encore. It really gives it that gold richness a holiday card deserves. I will be making a specail birthday card soon...don't want to give away that surprise.

Halloween Card

Halloween is just around the corner. So I made some halloween cards to get started for the season. I love halloween so much fun. I really love being at work that everyone dresses up with even just a little something fun. I even come up with something. My stars are gilttered and I used the same ribbon on my baby card using the orange side out with the bit of green showing.
Inkadinkado Stamps- embossed with clear embossing powdwer. I am saving up to the copics so right now the set from BIC will have to do. Its really great you get a full range of colors for very little cost. I really haven't colored much but I can really see why people buy copics the colors can be really what you want them to be. Inside plain orange cardstock shaped in a notecard fashion to write a note.

Baby Card

I made a baby card that will be for a boy or girl but most importantly for the ones that do not know what sex it will be. After reading many blogs it really is good idea to make a card stash or basket. Nothing like having some homemade cards ready. Sometime though I like to just give that card a real personal element and that is why guess I like to make them as I need them. On to uploading!! Inside the card I put welcome baby, cut out of more of the green cardstock placed on the polka dot paper.
