I used the Bee theme for a birthday card today. Since I was at the desk made some extra cards as well. For strip across I went with the banner of tiny little bees. My big sticker bee was originally a very bright glaring yellow so out came the Copics to color tone that down to match the paper better.
On second cards I used the patterned paper of horizontal strips and cut it till patterned repeated itself. This piece of 6x6 paper only had one sunflower so I made it the main point of interest with the twine bow. Also when cutting the paper to fit I had to cut on each side of the paper to help the flower remain centered.
Patterned Paper: Nikki Sivilis/ Willow Bee
Cardstock: Neenah Solar White
Twine: May Arts/ Beige
Stamps: Cornish Heritage Farms / Rummage Bin-Sweet Bee
Stickers:Starform/ Tiny Hexagons; Jolees/ Bee
Die:Simon Says Stamp/ Banner Die
Ink: Memento/ Rich Cocoa

You've been a busy little bee! (sorry, I couldn't resist.) What a fantastic set of cards, and I love what you did with the sketch. Love the bee holding the banners. Thanks so much for playing!

So Cute!
That bee is so cute! The honeycomb paper is a perfect complement!
The bee is so cute! I love how you used the banners across the design but it doesn't detract from it. Have a great day.
