Kraft and Kreme

Less is More
Kraft and Kreme
It really sounds like a good cup of coffee. That is the challenge so I created this card. I used PTI Classic Kraft ink  for my Kraft element and Neenah Cream paper. I used the botanical Silhouettes stamps from PTI. This large stamp come in two section the flowers and then the stems, so I did take some practice stamping to make them coordinate. The sentiment is part of the same set. I scored some lines at the sides and bottoms for more interest. This is very less is more but a fun challenge.

Holly Jolly Snowman

Jingle Belles
Ho Ho H20
Anything to do with water. I picked this snowman paper from Nordic Holiday Basic Grey. I like because it not all blues. There is much paper left over so I know I see a small set of these coming.
I cut out the side in circles making a snow man then popped the paper up. Then placed the banner for his scarf. In need of a hat one was  made from a Hero Arts stamped image in versamark cut out. I stamped the eyes and mouth from random Paper Smooches sets. A carrot like nose cut out and placed to fit. The sentiment is from A Muse (oldie but goodie). I tilted the card so you see the pop up layers.

Wonderful Friend

Papertrey Ink
It is PTI anniversary month. That there is lots of activity at the blog. Posting a card for a stamp giveaway ( I mean random. org that does even the playing a field a bit). These are free down loadable images that they are giving away! I printed mine on on the Neenah cream cardstock and used them from there. They are perfectly sized.
I layered the image on red paper then used the bow die from the hydrangea set also cut out in red. I used some patterned paper from Basic Grey /Paper Cottage for my background. The picture was taken outside since my light source fizzled:(...good news we did have a bit of sun.

I Appreciate You

OWH Sketch Challenge #158
What a interesting sketch there was no way I was not going to try this out. So much football going on yesterday! This is a linen colored cardstock then a wood pattern background stamp in versamark ink all to give it a light birch wood feel.  I refrained from using twine because I thought this was really a CAS feel.
Cardstock: Papertrey Ink
Patterned Paper: Basic Grey/ Paper Cottage
Punch: Small Heart Stamin Up
Die: Memory Box/ Resting Birds; Papertrey Ink/ Banner Die

Apple of My Eye

Operation Write Home
Our Daily Bread Designs Monthly Challenge : Fruit
Basically you are to make a card with fruit on it. I had these extra papers left over from the Thanksgiving cards. Well now it is the season of love (well love is really all the time;). Does anyone remember this saying...? I die cut the word die, then made the computer generated sentiment. I hand cut out the leaves that are placed on the card. There is a tiny little heart at the top of the apple from Starform.
Patterned paper: Bo Bunny
Dies: Spellbinder/ Apple, Banner; PTI/ Word Dies
Cardstock: Neenah / Desert Storm

Paper Smooches Sparks Challenge

Paper Smooches Sparks Challenge
Picture Perfect Inspired
Playing with Paper Smooches today. One of my favorite thank you sentiment they have. I thought it would go well with the lines in the inspiration photo. I found that little gray/ silver/ white button with the lines on it plus giving a nod to all those metal tacks on the bed frame. You can only smile when those little crafty moments happen.
