I this one is one my favorites. I was inspired by the Planner covers. I made a set of these cards to give give to to some friends at a bridal tea.
All products are from Paprtrey Ink. I used the Bigger Blooms set for the flowers; and One Big Happy Stamp and Die Collection.Horizontal Stripe Die.

Well this my take on this week challenge board. I used the starfish stamp and from Simon Says Stamp set Sail Away. The sentiment is from lawn Fawn/ Thanks.The background panels are from My Favorite Things/ Horizontal Cover Up, I did move the panels around a bit to fit the starfish. I also popped it up for more dimension . The twine is from May Arts.

Notched Flowers -String Art PTI/ MIM #255

This weeks challenge was to make a card using your dies adding sting art. I went with the PTI Notched flower dies. I used the two medium and one small. The large one seemed to over whelm the whole card for this project.These did work nicely b/c I never had matching stamps (totally missed that one!) and return on the pattern is very flower like.
Using the PTI Pale Peony paper I edged the notched flower PTI Hibiscus Burst Ink, did my string art with some May Arts Twine. They are layered over the New Leaf die cut out in craft paper, inked up in Hero Arts Wet Cement Ink then edged in Tim Holtz Distress Crayons/ Gray. I used Soft Stone card stock and the polka dot soft stone patterned paper all from PTI. The sentiment is from PTI Global Greetings.

Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge

My fourth of  July card I will getting out to a few relatives and friends!
The rays are stamped from the Hero Arts background stamp using Love Letter ink by Memento.( OK I just got a Misti ... and I LOVE IT!!!!)
Sentiment stamped in Enchanted Evening by PTI. I added die cut stars from Spellbinders using glitter paper from American Crafts. That is little Navy Candi Dot to finish the card off. All the die cut stitching is from Little Inkers Dies.

I decided to give this one try ... because well I actually have the paste I thought well now is as good as time to use it (or lose it because it is going to turn into cement!). In fact I made my own stencil out of the Cover Plate Peony Die. Just  cut it up in some card stock, a bit of taping, and turned the paper around so I did not break the petals between. It worked.
I definitely got to get some real stencils but I like flowers mostly so I will just wait for some other designs as they come out. The texture paste grabs color so easy, and was even easier to work with than I thought!

Ideas Start With Coffee

Summer Coffee Lovers Blog Hop
So I picked some bright happy summer coffee cups for those chats to come with new plans while drinking that favorite beverage! I used Stamps and dies from Verve Stamps sooo cute.
 To help my coffee "pop" it was die cut in brown card stock, then I die cut it in  some yellow fun foam. I left some of pieces in the letters to add more color. The pattern paper was then die cut at the corner, then trimmed up. Glued the card stock word to the yellow foam and inserted the word with liquid adhesive at the top of the word. The entire panel was placed on foam to match the height then adhered to the Summer Sunrise colored card base by PTI.

Find Inspiration from the release products- and I guess I did! They are releasing these A2 note card dies (the size that caught my eye) contained in the set are some more similar frames with stitching and cutting but with embossing possibilities as well. Also released are more word dies adding to this set similar in size.
