Holiday Card

Just another holiday cad from the card making class at the LSS. I changed it around. I scalloped the edges and made ovals for the sentiment. Enjoy!

Holiday Holly Berry Poinsettia Flower

Another LSS project. A poinsettia stamp that is layered to make this flower. Only will realistically just use the stamp as a base. I will not be making all my ornaments this year(mmm..maybe next year?). Whatever, it was fun to make and lots of good ideas.

Birthday Card for the Husband

Well the special person my DH had a birthday, so what does any good crafter do make him a card. We all had great dinner with the family! Love you all! I cut out my letters with cricut and placed them in a creative fashion stamping the happy birthday. So that we are clear here baby wipes especially the costco brand ( no alcohol) are used to clean the stamps and messy hands. Enjoy the card.

Card Making Class

I went to card making class at the LSS and we all did some cards. These are just few I made. On some I made alterations to make them better. I was a good way to get some holiday cards a jump start. Also in honor of world card making day I needed to post some thing! The snowman was using a flexible outline stamp. This means you could shape the snowman however you wanted. The red card has little reindeer prancing on the bottom (Hero Arts Stamps) and the top portion is a Japanese silk paper that's makes the colors clear and bright. I added the red satin ribbon to finish it off. The gold ink is encore. It really gives it that gold richness a holiday card deserves. I will be making a specail birthday card soon...don't want to give away that surprise.
